SIEVING MACHINES
The small particles which are contained in the electrostatic powder can be removed only with sieving. Sieving can be with a vibrating sieve or with ultrasound sieve. The difference between the two types of sieve are that the ultrasonic sieve can use 150 mesh while vibrating sieve uses a sieve up to 50 mesh.

An automatic powder recirculation system has a sieve for the powder. In a system which hasn’t a sieve in monocyclone, the powder must be sieved before reuse. Kigo's PS 1202 sieve offers versatility. Use it daily for all powders, even for metal powders.
The top cap of PS 1202 opens very easily providing free space for the powder. The sieve is stainless steel and it can be change very easy.
SIEVING MACHINES PS ULTRASONIC
An Ultrasonic sieving system has the ability to use 150mesh sieve. It can be mount in powder centers or at powder feeding systems.
The system has ultrasound generator. The regulation of the ultrasound can be from the control unit.
The sieve with the frame can be changed fast and easy. The mounting of the sieve on the metal frame must be very good stretched.
The body of the system is constructed with stainless steel and it has entrance for the powder which needs sieve and two exits, one for the sieved powder and one for the small parts (junk powder).
The system has there one metal base for mounting in powder centers or standalone function.
